Informative note for the treatment of personal data according to Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Code on personal data protection"

Interludio, in quality of Data Controller of your personal data, informs you about its use and your rights, in order for you to knowingly express your consent, The ‘’Code on personal data protection’’ (Legislative Decree 196/2003) (here in after the ''Code'') provides for handling personal data according to principles of uprightness, legality, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the single individuals. In view of the registration to the services offered by Interludio on www.interludio.com, ‘’neutral’’ data is collected, aimed exclusively to identify the subject.

 Pursuant to art. 13 of the mentioned Code, we provide you therefore with the following information:

1. The handling of the neutral data that you will provide upon registration:

a) aims exclusively to the management of the user’s data for the internal purposes of Interludio’s administration and for the supply of the services offered to the users. The collected personal data can be treated for:


I. obligations derived by laws, regulations and community laws; 

II. contract, pre-contract and legal obligations derived from the agreement stipulated with the user; 

III. obligations relative to the participation in Interludio's unilateral initiatives;

b) with regards to the handling methods of the user’s personal data, said operation will be carried out in compliance with the security measures foreseen by applicable laws, in manual, computerised and online form. For this purpose, a specific Data Security Policy was compiled, and kept periodically updated. The handling operations may concern any transaction and/or series of transactions, among those indicated in art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Code, like for example data collection, recording, organisation, preservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, inter-connection, block, communication, deletion and destruction, even if not registered in a database;

c) Interludio, in order to carry out institutional activities, can in turn notify said data to the following subjects, in a strictly necessary measure to attain the purposes for which it was conferred:

I. to other users, for purposes related to the Community of interludio.com website, and/or visitors of interludio.com website;

II. to the carrier, for the packaging and transmission of publications and/or notices in written or online form; 

III. to Interludio’s collaborators to execute the operations specifically requested by the subject, and also for internal statistic purposes;

IV. to coordination, supervisory and management bodies of national and foreign Internet networks;


V. to the Data supervisor and person in charge of the processing, for the execution of the activities and tasks assigned to the same;


VI. to the bank used by the applicant, for payment transactions, and to the subjects working at said banks, exclusively for administrative and accounting management purposes related to the contract and for feedbacks concerning the issuing of payments.


d) in other cases of use of your data: we inform you that the data provided by you could be used to be provide you information on products, services or initiatives of other associations, structures, public and/or private bodies, related to Interludio's activity and purposes (in this case, the conferment of data and your explicit consent for these purposes are optional: the possible refusal does not prejudice the relations with Interludio; said consent to the optional treatment will be specifically requested); 


e) the data provided can be disclosed to third parties in case this is required or essential (or anyhow functional) to carry out Interludio’s activity; in any case, handling will take place with suitable methods, aimed at ensuring privacy and security, thus requesting the explicit consent of the subject, after informing him about the specific scopes and the optional character or not, of the consent to communication.


For the same purposes, if needed, the data can be transferred outside the national territory, but always within the European Community. 


2. Compulsory supply of neutral data


We inform you that the supply of neutral data is optional since it is not foreseen by laws or regulations, but it is obviously "compulsory" in order to register to the services offered by Interludio and in order to establish and properly execute the services offered by the same to the users of its website. Therefore, if said data is not provided, it will not be possible to register to the services offered by Interludio and finalize the relative agreement and provide for their execution.

5. Rights of the applicant

You can contact the Data controller in order to exercise your rights set forth by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, and in particular, the right to obtain the indication of the origin of personal data; purposes and processing methods; logics applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic devices; identification details of the data controller, people in charge of the processing, subjects or categories of subjects to which your personal data can be notified or of which they become aware in quality of people in charge or appointed. You also have the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, if required, the data integration, deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in violation with laws, including data for which preservation is not required in view of the purposes for which it was collected and then processed. You can also oppose, whether fully or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if relative to the purpose for which it was collected; to the processing of your personal data in order to transmit advertising or direct sale material or to carry out market researches or commercial notifications. The rights set forth by art. 7 can be exercised according to the methods foreseen by art. 9 – Means by which the aforementioned Code can be exercised. 6. Disclosure of data

The aforesaid data will not be object of disclosure (as set forth by art. 4 letter m) of the Code), except in case of previous consent by the applicant, for clear purposes, determined and agreed with Interludio.

7. Other types of processed data



The computerised systems and software procedures envisaged for the operation of website http://www.6tacquire some personal data during their regular operation, which transmission is implicit to the use of Internet communication protocols. Said information, due to their nature, can allow to identify a user through elaborations and associations with other data, despite it was not collected for said purpose. Among these types of information, there are the IP addresses and other parameters that could potentially identify your IT environment. The aforesaid data is used exclusively for statistical purposes on navigation within the site and its proper operation, and it is used in anonymous form. The user provides some personal data that corresponds univocally to the user and will be used exclusively in the website to allow identification, implementation and execution of contract and non-contract relations and transactions, requested by the same user.
